Orders with Metal Sign & Label Pty Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Payments
All orders are invoiced upon placement. Full payment must be made before work is commenced on the order. Payment terms are only available to approved customers. Standard surcharges apply for all payment terms unless otherwise agreed upon.
10% - 14 days from invoice date
20% - 30 days from invoice date
20% - 14 days EOM from invoice date
30% - 30 days EOM from invoice date
Artwork & Design
By placing an order with onlineassetlabels.com.au you approve the preview for printing as supplied in the design.
Artwork and design is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must have full rights to all logos, trademarks and designs supplied and indemnifies Metal Sign & Label Pty Ltd against any action as a result of content dispute.
Metal Sign & Label and onlineassetlabels.com.au reserve the right to cancel any order for customised printed products where the requested product content is deemed, at the sole discretion of Metal Sign & Label Pty Ltd, to be inappropriate, false, misleading, offensive or contravening any law, copyright or trademark.
Delivery
All items are shipped via tracked 3rd party couriers. Metal Sign & Label Pty Ltd is not responsible for any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. All labels are safely packed when dispatched, Metal Sign & Label Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages which occur during shipping.
Colour Accuracy
Due to the inherent limitations with the printing process, the accuracy of colour reproduction is not guaranteed to the supplied artwork or between orders.
We will try our best to match the gradient density of each colour, but we accept no responsibility for colour variations between the submitted files and the final printed piece.
Dispatch Schedule
Dispatch is scheduled after receipt of payment and approved artwork. Standard orders - 10 business days for orders placed before 10AM. Urgent orders - 3 business days for orders placed before 10AM. For orders placed after 1PM AEST dispatch time is scheduled from the next business day. Production does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
If adjustments are required to the provided artwork additional time may be required.
